We can setup mango processing plant on turnkey basis where fresh mangoes will be processed to manufacture mango pulp, mango concentrate/Jam and mango Juice. Plant comprises following sections:

RECEPTION SECTION:

Fresh mangoes would be received at reception section and passed on to the fruit washing and grading section.

Mangoes from reception will be washed in washing section to remove outer dirt and foreign matter from the fruit skin.

Washed mango would be feed to the inspection cum sorting conveyor where unwanted, damaged mangoes would be separated out manually.

PROCESSING AND JUICE EXTRACTION SECTION:

Washed & graded Mangoes would be passed on to the fruit juice extraction and processing unit.

From fresh Mangoes the juice will be extracted out in juice extraction system.

The outer skin, seed and fiber of fruits would be separated out from extraction machine and then disposed manually.

Extracted juice is passed to the heat treatment to avoid the quality degradation.

Again it is fine pulped in Pulper cum finisher to get finished pulp.

This pulp will go for further processing to Pulp Pasteuriser

Pasteurized pulp is transferred to a Pulp storage tank.

Making fruit pastes with a high percentage of sugar concentration is a traditional way of naturally preserving and storing fruit. A high concentration of sugar slows the generation of microorganisms, and the boiling process pasteurizes the fruit - extending its shelf life.

Mango Jam, Squash, Jellies, Marmalade and Fruit Paste factories require complex operations. Strict quality control and regulations are enforced and need to be adhered to for the product to be distributed to the mass market.

Fruit pulps and other fruit side products resulting from the production of juices can be used for Mango Jam, Squash, Jellies, Marmalade making.

Manufacturers of Mango Jam, Squash, Jellies and Marmalade usually buy fruit concentrates in industrial packages. There are some but few that produce them straight from fresh fruit processing.

As a general rule the process consists of boiling fresh and/or pre-cooked fruits or pulp with a high concentration of sugar and pectin. Citric acid can also be added to further preserve the product and extend its shelf life. A high percentage of water has to be evaporated to form the highly concentrated paste, and ingredients have to be mixed rigorously in the mixing units before being pasteurized and then filled and packed. Hot filling is the technology that is most commonly used for packaging purposes.

The unit consists of two brushes and two beaters which give a combined beating and brushing action the unit can also be supplied with four beaters or four brushes depending upon the fruits to be handled.

The gap between the sieve and the brushes, depending upon the fruits to be handled.

The gap between the sieve and the brushes and beaters can be adjusted to suit different types sizes and qualities of products to be pulped.

The body of the Pulper is made of robust steel structure & is fitted with an easily removable sieve, which is available in perforations of different sizes.

All metal contact parts are of AISI 304 quality stainless steel.

All parts can be easily dismantled & reassembled for facility of inspection, proper washing & cleaning, periodic maintenance.

A compact, sturdy unit which in which the fine Pulper is fitted below the coarse Pulper.

Product Details:

Fruit Juices are made from fruit pulp/concentrate

Artificial sugar may or may not be added to the juice extracted.

The sugar syrup is prepared first in Jacketed mixing tank and then it is mixed with fruit pulp, water along with other ingredients like flavor, color, preservatives etc. in the other mixing tank.

This mixture is pasteurized to remove any microbial growth from it and later on homogenized to prepare a uniform blend of juice.

Uniformly blended juice is then packed in Bottles/easy opening cans/ gable top/ carton box

Mango Two Stage Pulper 

Separation of Mango Pulp & Fibers
Designed for extracting the pulp of most fruits & vegetables such as mangoes, guavas, peaches, tomatoes, bananas, etc.
The Pulper cum finisher is used for extraction of pulp by separating skin and fiber from fruits.
The unit consists of brushes & beaters, which give a combined beating, & brushing action.
The unit can also be supplied with four beaters or four brushes, depending upon the fruits to be handled.
The gap between the sieve & the brushes & beaters can be adjusted to suit different types, sizes & qualities of products to be pulped.
The sieve is available in perforations of different sizes
The workings of the machine depend upon type, size and quality of the product to be pulped.
